Inn & Reservation Policies

Guarantee Policy

An advance payment of one (1) night’s room rate plus taxes and fees is required at the time of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 14+ days prior to arrival, there is a $200 cancellation fee. Once you are within the 14 days, it will result in forfeiting your deposit, which is the advance payment of one (1) night’s room rate plus taxes and fees.

Pet Policy

Henderson Park Inn is not pet-friendly. Certified service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the Inn.

Resort and Service Fees

Nightly Service Fee of 5% of the rate allows us to provide a welcome amenity, 24 hour snack and beverage offerings, 3:30pm-4:30pm happy hour, afternoon cookies in the lobby, beach chairs and umbrellas, board games, bicycles, and s’mores kits for our firepits.

Nightly Resort Fee of $25 allows full access to the restaurants, pools, spa, and fitness center at The Henderson Beach Resort.

Age Requirement Policy

Henderson Park Inn is an adults only Inn. Every guest must be 25 years of age or older, ensuring a tranquil Destin, FL beach getaway for each and every guest.

RV Trailer and Boat Policy

No RV Trailers or Boats permitted on property.

Fire Safety Policy

For the safety of all guests, Henderson Park Inn does not allow open flames or portable cooking appliances of any kind in our guestrooms. Smoking is not permitted on property.
